I have lived in these apartments since October of 2013. When my family and I first moved in we were excited to have a place of our own. After a couple of weeks our master bedroom toilet clogged up. We submitted a work order and a maintenance worker unclogged it. For some reason the toilet has not stopped clogging. Not too long ago I submitted another work order to have it unclogged and it took over a month for them to respond to the urgent ticket. I pay for a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment, but for most of the time living here we have only had access to one. However, this is not the worst of our troubles. We live in a downstairs apartment and everyday it sounds like there is an elephant stomping down the ceiling. And the side neighbors are constantly arguing, this is normal for couples, but it is not normal for us to hear it thru thin walls. The noise level has made me want to break my lease. I called the office and complained about the noise from the upstairs apartment and they said they would give them a warning. I don't know if they did because the noise level has increased since then. Sometimes it's as late as 1-2am and they are stomping and running around and my kids wake up. Then the next day when it's time to get up for school they are cranky due to lack of sleep. Once my lease is up we are definitely moving out. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.
