i've been a resident at red hawk for two years now and am very much a part in my community. i talk with my neighbors as they come and go, i talk with the the people that take care of this property, i talk with everyone i can. why? because this is my home and i want to try and make it better.

as for the person with the major water leak, yep, i know all about that one. there were two water leaks at about the time you said it happened in two different buildings. being a victim myself, demanded an update of their progress. they were able to give me dates and progress of the entire process. i, myself, had no problems.

as far as the resident upset with thier car being stolen ... welcome to arizona. as far as charges after move out; we all signed the contract.

and, tuddylou, i read your entire post and all i have to say is ... they didn't renew your lease. i'm quit sure red hawk wants your money and will do anything in their power to keep it coming. if they didn't want you to stay and keep paying them ...

anyways ...

redhawk has over 300 apartments in it. we've only heard from how many of those?
