I've lived here for a year and a half and don't have any regrets about moving here. I live in building 9 and the courtyard outside is beautiful and well maintained. Improvements to the property are being made constantly. Neighbors have all been pleasant and friendly. The dog park is a nice size and my dog usually has the whole thing to herself in the afternoons. My apartment is a good size and my 3rd floor apt has vaulted ceilings which I love and makes it feel even bigger. Someone else mentioned thin walls, but that hasn't been my experience at all. I usually can't hear anything. Maybe I just got lucky with quiet neighbors though. Appliances are a little old, but not too ancient. The washer and dryer in unit is so convenient I could die. The painting job and cabinets in the bedroom and bathroom leaves something to be desired though. During the painting I can tell they didn't clean before. Dust and hair can be seen under the paint. The cabinets in my unit are very cheap and old. Drawer fronts have started to fall off. Office staff has always been kind and courteous and there have only been two maintence inspections. Other than that they don't bother you at all. Only reason I would leave when my lease is up would be to find somewhere without any carpet. Grosses me out for some reason. Overall it's a nice community and apartment for what I'm paying. I would recommend it.
