i have lived here one year ..i have had water coming through my ceiling 3 times now in the bathroom ..this last time i pulled back the insulation in the ceiling and discovered black mold they just want to have some fly by night drywall company come and fix the drywall and call the issue fixed ..very poor maintnance staff ..the manager tells me its my responsibilty to have a mold expert to come check it .. i am in the construction business and i am very aware of mold and the issues it causes ... their maintnance man who is nothing more than a glorified yard man tells my girlfriend it isnt mold when im not around ..i would never live at this place again ..numerous ares have dog fecies and cats roamimg the property ..the lighting on the property continiously goes out at night so it is pitch black ..i have had my camper broken into at the rv storage..i definately would not recommend these apartments to anyone
