Probably the worst maintenance experience I have had. I am going on 6 months with a systemic plumbing issue. All I hear is it is our contractor. That's not a very good explanation.
Grounds are not well maintained. There are consistently toys littered throughout the grounds. Trees consistently fall down and trash is left everywhere.
The office staff is nice, but does nothing. I have never seen them walk the grounds, and all they do is apologize for not being able to do anything.

Great move in experience, Katie went above and beyond to get me moved in. Apartment was clean, and everything was in working order.
Minus one small hiccup with parking, which was resolved in less than 24 hours.
Overall this was a great moving experience and the leasing agents here are awesome!
