We're renting for now and have no plans to ever buy. The construction quality is not very good - single pane windows that don't shut properly, below average quality appliances and fixtures, and don't think there's very much insulation. There are always a few people who just never pick up after their dogs in the dogrun area - everytime you go out there there's something left behind. The bird and rabbit population on the grounds is out of control as well - they are roosting everywhere. Fortunately, the Ahwatukee area is nice - but we'll definitely be looking elsewhere when our lease is up.
