Resident 2019 - 2020

1/25/2020

I moved into Sierra Ranch in January of 2019 after being homeless and couch surfing for over a year after the collapse of my business. But that doesn't change the fact that this is quite possibly the best apartment complex I've ever lived in! And here's why. The grounds are meticulously cared for, the laundry has 60 machines that are like 99% operational at all times, the rent is totally reasonable for what you get. THERE ARE NO BUGS unless you live like a slob. They installed electronic bug deterrance which seems to be working like a champ, so no intrusions from the bug man, but if you have a bug problem, let them know and they'll take care of it right properly fast. The pool is huge, they have a tennis and basketball court, and well provided exercise room with TVs and more than the basics in terms of machines and free weights. There is a putting green and a badmitton court. Maintenance is on point, and fast when responding to calls. They don't skimp on fixing things, for me as an example, I had a garbage disposal issue, they didn't try and fix it, they just replaced it. Hell, they'll even replace your air filters FOR YOU! It's a large property, but they all know your name and when you pass them on your way home they say "hello Chris, how's your day?". It's not a party scene, although on certain holidays there is jubiilous celebration! Another thing that is great is the neighbors. Lots of families, the dog areas are always stocked with "baggies" and there is almost ZERO waste on the property. Joseph the Community Manager and Molly the Leasing Manager and all of the staff are outstanding. It's honestly odd to me that this place actually cares about it's tenants after they "sign you", unlike my previous experiences where you have to fight for your rights! Also, they communicate with you directly via email about everything happening on the Property, so if there is a water fix for your building that day, they let you know, and it seems to me that they try to schedule things for the least level of interference in your life. They also have really cost effective Renters Insurance and hook you up with deals on DISH and internet. For such a large property, you actually feel like you matter. It's refreshing. I would highly recommend this Sierra Ranch. They're usually full, but it's worth the wait, so I would suggest to plan in advance.
