I was interested in moving here. I was out of town and spoke with Anne in detail about a week and a half before I arrived in Phoenix. She sold me on the place and told me she was going to reserve the last one bed room avaliable in addition to waving the $250 administrative fee, which we all know is a junk fee that all apartment complexes seem to charge now. When I arrived, the appearance of the place is really shaking right now. Its lookls like half of the complex is under construction. However teh inside of the apartments do look nice. All new appliances. So after viewing the place I was ready to sign even though it appears the construction will be going on a lot longer than the 30 to 60 days Anne suggested. Anne then told me that the one bed room was given away to someone else, then I said ok what about the two bedrooms. She said the two bedrooms were available but I would have to pay the $250 administrative fee. She did not aplogize for giving away the apartment she said she was holding for me and then she changed the up front fees on me. That is not a good start to me so I decided to go else where. Make sure you get everything in writing and be patient about the asthetics. Its in a good location but the grounds and the rest of the outside looks horrible.
