Im new to the community and moved in during the COVID pandemic. As a student it would have been nice to receive greater support from the leasing team in rent support for the time being. As one of the first interactions with the front desk here, it has left a sour taste in my mouth. Additionally, when we moved in the water smelled of rotten eggs. It took nearly a week to get this resolved and would have been nice for the managers here to maintain their property better especially in the context of a new resident moving in.
