Quiet area. Kinda horrible pet waste clean up though. Great delivery lockers and cool smart locks and lights installed. Nice valet trash pickup. Gateway maintenance lacks sometimes. Nice pool and workout area provided. No issues with parking.

There are some hidden fees. Some units were not internet ready. A lot of units being gutted out. Manager is not honest. About apartment just a sales pitch. Unit is too expensive for the rent charged and the value of apartment.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear about your negative experience regarding the fees and costs. At the time of application all costs associated with the move in and rent as laid out in the quote and deposit agreement that is given. We would be happy to review with you if there are still some concerns. BH took over the community at the end of January and we are in the process to renovating our units and many of the common area spaces. Very lack luster apartment complex. Management staff is horrible. This is not a luxury apartment complex. Vehicle vandalism does occur here. People do but clean up after themselves or their pets. They have infestation issues. This property was sold mid lease with no notification.

Grrystar was a great management company. Soon as they switched over to BH things were not handled propperly. Was not contacted about the work orders getting done. I had to call multiple times and still hardly got any answers.

Everything has been very good. Well priced, good amenities, etc. I have found that residents do not clean up their dogs waste, however. I would like the apartment management to post signs and disposable bags around the complex to take care of this issue.

Was great until BH took over, the staff members do not respond efficiently or professionally to maintenance requests. They leave water heaters in the parking lot like this is a trashy building instead of 2g a month luxury apartment homes as advertised.
