The new apartment staff "Avwnue 5" is ridiculous. They are unprofessional and irresponsible towards their tenants. The parking is horrible. If you have 3 people living in a home they expect all 3 people to have 1 car because there's no space to park. The maintenance people are slackers. They dont fix anything properly. The gate stops working and it takes them weeks to get it fixed. Hence security issues. The office staff is super rude. They keep saying they will get things done but they don't do it. This place is definitely not worth the money. They charge you $1200+ for a 900 sqft apartment yet their service sucks, their amenities are outdated. The maintenance people "fix" things like a 5 year old would.

Make sure you clarify prior to signing the contract if have services for TV/Internet with anyone else besides COX. For some weird reason, the residents of this apartment are forced to only carry COX for their entertainment needs. Not everyone can afford COX. It's not necessary that everyone will like their services. Hence, forcing a specific service/company on someone to take services from is definitely something that needs to be changed or looked at.
