I moved into this property in 2015. I was told that the walls were well insulated (this was a huge concern of mine and I asked on several occasions about the noise) and that, although, there are some dogs, that the tenants were respectful. I am not going to totally slam this complex but will say that I can hear my neighbors having a general conversation. Also, there are tenants who are NOT respectful with their pets; there is a lot of dog urine "smell" and dog feces about. I cannot believe that this property also allows two 75 pound dogs per apartment as there is not really much grass for them to do their duty. Also, the lease states that dogs are not supposed to use "common areas" to do their duty, but I have seen a number of tenants who let their dogs use the rocks at the bottom of the staircases to relieve themselves. If you want to move to an apartment that has a lot of dogs and very thin walls, then Pietra is a place for you. I will say that the staff has been very nice and has helped me come to a resolve, but I believe their hands are tied as to what they can/will do about the dog situation and noise.
