We moved into a filthy unit with paint drips on the carpet, inoperable ceiling fans, leaking sinks, running toilets and not much has changed in the 1.5 years we have lived here. There was no compensation for the hours I spent cleaning and dealing with maintenance coming back repeatedly. There's a homeless problem. Cars are broken into. People smoke everywhere and dogs defecate in the hallways and on balconies. Valet trash but only if they want to pick yours up, mine is missed at least once a week. FILTHY hallways. Office staff is nice but seems they are bound by corporate nonsense and can't make much change.
