We're very sorry about the issue with the water. Unfortunately the water being shut off the other night was out of our control. This was done by the city due to their pipe breaking. We apologize for any frustration you may have experienced. Together with our maintenance team, we work hard to ensure all problems are resolved quickly. I'm very sorry to hear about all the issues you've experience in our community. In regards to the hot water issue, we do apologize. There was an underground wiring issue that had to be traced, dug up, and repaired by an outside vendor. We do not see this problem happening again. We have had the gym inspected twice and all the machines seem to be working. Unfortunately the laundry lock does, at times, get broken by other people. The lock is currently on. If you see it broken we ask that residents contact us right away so we can fix it. If you'd like to discuss any of the issues you're having in more detail, please contact us in the leasing office.
