This place is pretty decent so far. I moved in a few months ago and there are a few things that I am not 100% happy with, but they are not a big deal. The cabinets throughout the apartment are kinda cheap. You cant have one drawer open and then open another next to it. They bang into eachother. Parking spots are tight. You do get one assigned spot, but they are kinda small. When ever I have company over, they can never find any "free" spots. I have them park in front of the clubhouse and they walk to my apartment. The office cannot connect your landline to the gates. They have a universal code for everyone. To me, that is not that safe. So basically anyone can get in, as long as they used the code one time before. The washer and dryer do not have a buzzer. So if you arent paying attention then you will forget that you have laundry to fold or switch over. The water here is VERY hard. Where I lived before, must have had a softner. After a few weeks of showering here and washing my hair I had horrible split ends. I have needed to get a haircut two times and I have only lived here for 3 months. I have a filter on the shower head and it made it a little better, but not good enough. Lastly, the kitchen sink is very shallow. It is hard to wash pots and pans. I would have to say, overall the apartments are pretty good. I am not a huge fan of the area (because its in the middle of no where) but I do not have any BIG complaints. I probably wont stay longer then 1 year, but I would try another one of Trillium's property.... just maybe one that is luxury and in a different area.
