I can't wait to move in. A lot of the neg stuff I saw below seems like people trying to gain sympathy for stuff that is their fault. Glad ya'll are moving out and won't be my neighbors. Trillium Deer Valley is going to make for an awesome home. Can't wait till next summer to use the pool. Wait, is it heated now? Again, can't wait!
