For the most part, this property is classy. Next door is an even classier version. Parking is sometimes slim. I like the design of my apartment. The counter tops sold me on the place. The grounds are kept up. I personally feel safe letting my kids run around the community, but I DON'T! Sometimes other kids are just out and about. Anyways, my kids enjoy the water park. Definitely one of the better places to live in Phoenix.
