I've lived in this apartment for almost 10 months. We are a family of 5 and it is a safe and comfortable environment for us. The staff at the front desk is so friendly and very accommodating, especially Diane and Keisha. Whenever there has been an issue (and there have not been many), they are so responsive and caring and I always feel the issue gets resolved quickly and without any drama. The amenities at the apartment have been great and we have used all of them. A big shoutout to the maintenance team. They are professional, timely, efficient, and friendly. This apartment living has been a fantastic experience due to the warm welcome and hospitality at the front desk.
