I've lived here over a year, receptionists are really hit and miss. Some are very rude, while others are nice. Overall, the front office; including management is mediocre; and that is on a 'good day'. Maintenance is horrible! Takes multiple calls to get a response from maintenance. Make your own choice on if you would like to further consider this place as your home, but don't be surprised to run into a rude staff and third tier maintenance.
