I would not recommend anyone to live at Trillium. I have lived at Trillium Deer Valley for 4 years. The North Trillium (the golden child) was barely in the process of being built. The reason for the term golden child is that since Trillium North was built, Deer Valley is treated like the red-headed step child. My issues started during the summer of 2014 after signing my 12-month lease. Anybody and everybody is allowed to wreck our pool area with no regard to safety or children at the pool. As if things could get worse, it did at the end of March 2015 when Alliance took over. The grills are not cleaned at all, the up-keep of the pool and grounds are ignored. If you point out problems or troublemakers, then you are centered out as a complainer and ignored. I can say that Trillium did attempt to keep the complex clean on a daily basis. Danielle, the manager, is absent and would never take the time to attempt to meet her residents at Deer Valley Trillium and why should she. She is too busy taking care of the Trillium North side maybe because she lives there so every hood rat in Phoenix is allowed to trash the Deer Valley side. My intent to vacate has been sign, sealed and delivered with pleasure. As far as safety, my car was robbed recently. Great Safety and Security! NOT!!!!Good bye Trillium and good riddance. I will be moving soon and not a minute too soon!
