I would give less than one star to the staff if I could. Two of the older ladies at the front are nice, but the lady in the back a previous reviewer mentioned is a HUGE B****!!!! Do NOT expect to have anything taken care of if you complain. For as much as you have to pay to live here, I expected so much more. This lady will yell at you, snap at you, belittle you and patronize you. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated much, MUCH better than this. The other residents are either nice or terribly rude and will make sure you know you're not welcome. Don't waste your money.
