If I had the option to choose 0 stars I absolutely would. I have lived here for about a year and for starters the fees and amounts they disclose to you upfront are completely different than what you actually pay once they add up all the mandatory additional fees.There is a mandatory trash service fee, but there have been at least 15 occasions that the service hasn't picked up my trash. I was shown a different unit than what I received and ended up with an extremely loud and high traffic street outside of my patio door and can't even sleep over the traffic noise. The maintenance guys are awesome- if you can get them out to fulfill your service requests. The online rent payment is an ABSOLUTE DISASTER and if you have any issues at all the leasing office staff will not help. The front desk people are polite, but have no idea what they are doing and the managers are not responsive or helpful at all. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had living anywhere and hope everyone proceeds with extreme caution if they are considering Avana McCormick Ranch Apartments. There isn't enough room to explain all the reasons why. Perhaps the most concerning part is that the management staff do not express concern or any strategy to improve.

I apologize that your experience was anything less than exceptional. We encourage our residents to give us the opportunity to address concerns and report any concerns they maybe experiencing.
All units go through a detailed preparation process to clean the unit and get it ready by meeting specific standards before residents move in. Also, resident is provided a move in checklist to complete within 48 hours after they take procession of the unit. I am very surprised to hear about any inconsistent conditions.
All fees are discussed with residents during the application process i.e. no hidden fees and are clearly listed in the lease addendum. Residents are able to view their account at anytime via the portal Also, lease agreements show the break down of all the fees that residents are responsible for paying on a monthly basis
