Make sure you check and read all the fees and timelines associated with the Bellagio.. The staff is not very friendly, there are 2 managers and one doesn't know what the other one has said/promised.. so then you will have to wait until THAT manager is back. The maintenance staff is very accomodating and actually very quick to respond to problems. Parking is a nightmare - there is one assigned spot so hopefully you do not have any friends or family that would like to visit and you only have 1 car.. you have 2 days to pay your rent.. so make sure you DO NOT go out of town over a weekend that falls on the 1st.. quite a few fees involved.. which are not all in the lease agreement...
