Really like the area of the apartments. A beautiful park sits directly behind or alongside Chazal. Location is quieter area and seems very family driven. Lots of doggie stations. Pool and gym are clean and inviting.

Friendly staff and beautiful apartments. Definitely a great place so far! Having a huge park right behind our apartments is amazing and really pushes me to go workout. I don't have to drive to a park or anything and it's great.

I have had a pretty good experience living at Chazal this past couple of months. The layout of my apartment is spacious and comfortable. The gym and pool are nearby and clean. I enjoy the staff and have no complaints about my neighbors.

My experience at chazal Scottsdale has been great so far. The location is amazing. The community is quiet and peaceful. Having the greenbelt right behind the community is perfect to enjoy exercise outside and the warm sunshine in a variety of ways.
