I did like it when I first moved in until I found out that some things that were told to me were not true. I was told I didn't pay for others water, electricity and waste. I work 70 hrs a week, don't use the dishwasher, laundry maybe once a week and a 10 min shower....there is no way my water bill should be $31 dollars a month!! The units should have separate meters like all other apartment complexes I've been in have. The staff on the weekends never answer the phone, maintenance is good when it comes to responding to tickets put in, one of the guys is very nice and efficient. The biggest upset is that you are forced to pay for "Valet Garbage" $25 a month. They do not come and get the garbage on a timely matter, the dumpsters are always over flowing with a stench that travels and they harass you and leave notes on your door. I've had to call them twice about it. Plus the fact that NOBODY uses their garbage service, everyone walks to the dumpster and throws their own garbage out. And if they are supposed to be maintaining the rest of the property I'm constantly watching for dog ---- everywhere. The "Valet Garbage should be an option if you want to pay for it. Frankly I think it's a waste of money for the little work they do. I would not recommend this place until they get rid of these fees that are not in the residents best interest and the turnaround would be less.

Thank you for your review. We try to help explain all expected monthly charges for the Valet Trash, water and any other utility charges. We want to make sure that your Valet Trash is being picked up every night on the scheduled days, which are Sunday - Thursday at 8 pm. If there is a day they do not pick up the trash, please let us know right away so we can contact the manager to rectify this situation! Our utilities are based on usage per building per apartment, our lease agreement has a breakdown of how charges are distributed throughout the community for water usage. Since the rates for water are based on usage, per building per apartment, this will cause the water rates to fluctuate every month. We hope this helps with the charges you mentioned.
