It´s a problem alright - everything from the noisy, juvenile delinquent neighbors who play very loud music to the difficulty in getting ANY member of the staff to respond to complaints, requests, or simple questions! Typically I have had to deal with unexperienced, non-english speaking maintenance staff and very rude attitudes from the management staff.
It is required by law that they check fire extinguishers in each apartment yearly (this means, of course, that each apartment is required to have one in its kitchen) - the last time mine was checked was in 1999. I recently asked and they did not respond - that was over two weeks ago - even after the manager assured me she would take care of it.
I cannot tolerate living here any longer and will depart as soon as possible.
Another great tidbit: I checked with the BBB and Arabian Trails has a "unsatisfactory" mark on its record.
I would not recommend living here, unless of course, you are a juvenile delinquent, or a drug addict/dealer, or a person who cares very little about your personal safety and living environment. Of course - those of you who take them up on the $1.00 to move in offer may find this place very, very pleasant!
Either way - watch your back!
