I actually liked my apartment, it was renovated, clean when I moved in and everything was in good working order. However, as others have mentioned, the office staff was really difficult to deal with. They are nice and professional on the day you visit the complex, then once you sign the lease, they treat like you are the biggest annoyance to them. I would walk into the office with my rent check in my hand, and no one would look up or acknowledge me. I never got a live person on the phone if I called, and messages were never returned. I realize that the quality of the apartment is more important than how nice the staff is, but it made me feel bad about living there when the staff is clearly so miserable. I never know why people choose careers working with the public when they dislike the public. I moved out when my lease was up.
