I would not recommend living here! I lived here for 4 years, in 2 different units, and saw this place go downhill! This complex has been through 3-4 different management companies recently, and every new management company makes the complex much worse. I was forced to move out of the first unit due to bad smell (cat urine in carpet), my rent went up $100 per month for the 2nd unit because of inflation which I wasn't happy about. During my 4 year stay, the printer never once worked (even though I was promised it would be fixed), the pool has been closed for weeks at a time on multiple different occasions, the front gates have also been broken for weeks at a time on more then 10 different occasions, the gym was closed for a couple months due to the office being redone (even though the gym is outdated and has always looked the same) and maintenance walked into our apartment 2 different times without knocking on the door. Finally, when I moved out after 4 years, I was hit with a $350 bill. The ironic thing is $200 of that charge was from me not having my carpets "professional cleaned" upon move out, but when I first moved into Sonoran Vista I was moved into a unit with Cat Urine in the carpet. On top of that my carpet was already 5+ years old and needed to be replaced anyways, but it seemed like they would rather steam clean that carpet, charge me $200 for it, and move someone else back in instead of replacing it. I tried fighting this bill for months, but the apartments told me I have to contact the management company directly, and the management company I needed to contact the apartments directly. No one would take responsibility or help me dispute this bill so I ended up having to pay it. For the money I spent there, I expected a more professional complex with better customer service, but I was wrong. I would highly recommend living somewhere else!
