The Experience & Performance Intelligence Quotient ("epIQ") Index measures:
over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

We are so happy to hear that you're enjoying your time as a resident of The Core Scottsdale. We understand that the revised pool hours in May 2019 were disappointing to those wishing to use the pool at their leisure. We are happy to report that we, in fact, reinstated 24/7 pool hours about a year ago in fall 2019. Please reach out to us directly in the leasing office if you have any other questions or concerns. Hello there, Thank you so much for this feedback regarding The Core Scottsdale. If you have an issue with neighboring homes being loud, any resident can call the office during office hours or courtesy patrol after hours to address the noise level. No one was charged in order to move out due to COVID. We have increased our cleaning schedule from 3 days a week to 5 days a week for COVID, as well as using a recently-purchased disinfectant fogger to assist with additional sanitization. We would not force any resident to move in and if they have any concerns with the condition of the home, we even offer to allow them to tour their home if they choose to before signing the lease agreement and accepting keys. Hello there, thank you so much for providing us with feedback regarding The Core Scottsdale. We are sorry to hear about your experiences but happy to give you an update on what is happening internally. We recently started offering food trucks every Thursday so residents could enjoy delicious food and get to know their neighbors in a safe and socially distant manner. We do offer a six-story parking garage and the reserved sign spaces are first come, first serve. We try to manage this in the best way possible to accommodate all our residents. We are adding more service staff starting next week which will include additional support to assist with grounds, hallways and common areas. We hope this finds you well! Regarding Cox and electric service - it is the resident's responsibility to establish these services in their unit. We know there has been confusion due to Cox phasing into quick connect. We have provided our residents with contact information to speak with the Cox rep, and if you need this contact information please call us directly. We try to accommodate all deliveries and provide access through our fire lanes as well as allow entry if they need to deliver to the front door. Thank you so much for giving us feedback regarding The Core Scottsdale. We appreciate your time and thoughts. We have taken extra measures recently to provide our community with enhanced routine cleanings in place and monthly cleanings that include the deep cleaning of carpets, floors, the garage and other common areas. We have sent continuous communication to our residents to keep them as up to date. We know this is a difficult time for many and we are trying our best with state orders and restrictions in place.
