The location and apartment looked great, so I decided to lease here. HOWEVER, their computer system was down, so I had to fill out the leasing paperwork by hand. Because the system was down, the office couldn't take my deposit. This situation kept me in the office for an hour and a half, well past closing time. When I finally left, I thought my car had been stolen because the Palladium had TOWED MY CAR from the Guest parking! The towing company, ALL CITY TOWING, put me through an absolute nightmare and at first refused to give my car to me unless they got permission from the Palladium management! When I got my brand-new Infiniti back late that night, they had literally PAINTED bright orange writing on my windshield, it was coverd in dust, and had greasy handprints all over it. I called the Palladium multiple times to complain and request resolution; however, the managment and staff never called me back. Instead, the office staff called back and told me that my apartment was ready for move-in! Needless to say, I DID NOT RENT HERE, and recommend that you don't, either! If they treat prospective residents this way, how will they treat them once they become residents?
