Lisa, the apt manager is very cold and unapproachable. We felt very rushed to sign our lease. There was an initial cleaning fee included of $100 and when we got into the apartment there were stains on the walls, kitchen, in the fridge. When we brought it up to Lisa she said she would have it re-cleaned, but that never happened. Ed, the maintenence guy is lazy and also unapproachable. Several residents suspect that he's going into apartments without permission. When I look around my apartment, I see all kinds of terrible work(cabinets installed backwards, outlet covers glued on, the inside of the kitchen sink is PAINTED!). Theres a dead tree that recently fell onto a building and Ed not only left it there, but he filled in the dirt around it to make it more perminent. There has been days where I wake up to him sitting on my porch, which is strange, unwelcome and annoying. The laundry situation is an entirely different frustration. The machines dont work very well and the prices continue to go up. Be sure to read through your lease agreement and get familiar with it. Lisa might try to make a buck by mentioning fees that aren't there. When it comes down to it, living here isn't worth the hassle. These people are lazy, greedy, and a pain to deal with. I'm waiting a call back from the property management company
