I lived at Oasis for about 6 months. Overall, not a bad area - close to a few restaurants, the mall, places like Target and Walmart. Grounds are well kept, with a small gym, and Mike the maintenence guy was very helpful when needed. In terms of the apartment itself, I had a VERY small one bedroom. The walls are paper thin to the point where you can here your neighbor cough or sneeze. Most of the apartments need some updating in one way or another - whether that means new carpeting, fixtures, etc. I had a friend with a furnished apt - very minimal features - enough to survive but not much more than that. Overall, you pay a HIGH rent for a place you can survive in, but I wouldn't have wanted to live there much longer.
