I moved out of these apartments a month ago and I am still trying to finish business with the apartment complex regarding deposits etc. Getting in touch with the staff is almost impossible. Waiting for the staff to return your calls is out of the question and to make things worse, they do not work during lunch hours (close to Ft Huachuca, come on, soldiers take care of issues during lunch time, be soldiers friendly). During this time someone else answers the phone and ask you to either call later or leave a message, end state, a waste of your time, nothing solved, you won't get a call back. For soldiers this could be an unnecessary headache when they move (PCS). I recommend to whoever is the supervisor of the staff operating this complex to really take a serious look at the way they are operating and to read the other posts in this website. Seems like something is broke and needs to get fixed. In the meantime I will continue my efforts to contact the staff, hoping to get situation resolved.
