I like the accessibility to the nearby town of Surprise! The park across the street is safe to walk in and has many events to enjoy and the library is within walking distance also! One drawback is NO reserved parking. this would be a nice feature to save some from driving around to find a 'closer' spot. Even if this were something that cost a fee of some sort, I would certainly purchase a spot!
