The office staff is horrible and rude. They demonstrate no customer service skills or compassion to people. We were idiots and forgot to pay rent on the 1st, but paid it on the second. We have never been late in the 2 years we lived there. We paid our rent payment on the second & went into the office on the third to see about the late fees. Since we did not pay the late fees with the rent on the second they charged us for being 3 days late on rent, $150 for being 1 day late. Even if they have no choice in this matter & have to uphold this policy, at least be a nice person about it & don't act like you enjoy doing it to people. Apartments are built poorly, could hear the people above us pee in their restroom. Repair work is shoddy. Apartment above ours flooded our bathroom and the wall had to be repaired. We had to ask him to come back because he left the wall soft. He came back & fixed this, but visible deformities on the wall thereafter. Roaches are all over the property & sidewalks. We had a lot of black widows & giant wolf spiders by our front door & closet, even after them spraying multiple times & leaf blowing the side walks. 50 people in the pool area on a regular basis and people partying loudly till 2AM. Parking situation is not good if you live by the main pool, you will have to park quite far if coming in after 6pm or 7pm. So glad we left this place, would not recommend to anyone.

Hello Kelseyymarie18, My name is Geneva Ballerstein, I just recently took over the manager position here at Stadium Village. I am so sorry that you have had such a hard time. I would love to discuss this with you. First I do believe that maybe there was an error somewhere. If you were even 3 days late you would only be charged $95 not $150. I will be included in all maintenance repairs as of now. We will be calling back as work requests are completed to ensure that the residents are happy with the work and time it took to repair. We have monthly exterior service come to spray the community. Sometimes living in the desert where these animals thrive is hard to get rid of them. As for the pool, we do have an after hour on call service for issues like this. I am sorry that you were unaware . Please feel free to contact us in the office at your earliest convenience.
