This place seems like a good deal, but if you can afford something else, do it. It's the first week in June and we still don't have air conditioning. Never mind that it's Southern Arizona and only about 116 degrees. It's so warm that you'll take a shower and by the time you're done getting ready you feel like you need another one. There are a lot of cockroaches and they just won't go away. We've tried the traps, boric acid, bay leaves, Raid, and we've had the people spray. What makes it even worse is when you ask the current manager a simple question, she acts like you're asking so much of her. She never gets to the office on time, leaves early, and leaves as often as possible in between. "When do you think the air will be on?" "SIGH. Hopefully next week." She'll give keys to the maintenance people without us knowing - one morning, I had left for class and locked the door but someone almost walked into the bathroom as my roommate was getting out of the shower. It's also kind of awkward since the neighbors are always hanging out in the parking lot. Also, no matter how many lamps you put in here, it always seems terribly dark. This place is just shady.
