I loved the apartment itself. As well as the building and grounds. The gym is also pretty amazing and open 24 hours. I think security guards are supposed to be in the complex on the weekends...but it seems to be pretty sporadic. Sometimes I saw them around the complex sometimes I didn't. I have however had problems with people complaining about me making noise...the kicker is I live alone! The first weekend I moved in I was up late unpacking and I got a knock on my door at 3 a.m. from a "sheriff" saying someone had complained that it sounded like someone was moving. He originally asked me to open my door before he would tell me what he wanted. I of course told him I would not open my door for someone I did not know at 3 o'clock in the morning. And I really don't think one person could have made that much noise. I wasn't hanging pictures or anything like that...just moving around boxes and such. I was on the second floor and never heard anything. My downstairs neighbors however, must have heard everything above them. I also had the security guard come by asking me to be quiet when I had 3 friends over for cocktails. The kicker again however, is that they left by 10 p.m. We didn't have the music on for more then a half hour...the loudest thing we probably were doing was laughing. I did also have problems with getting different answers from the people in the leasing office. I don't know if that has to do with a high turnover or that they simply manage too many apartments.
