The Lofts at Rio Salado

This place is great....but only on paper! In reality its an overpriced scam. The actual apartment and facade are alright, but everything else is atrocious. They lure you in with a bevy of false promises. We've been here for three months and nearly every single amenity that was promised to us has been revoked. (shuttle, boat rentals, grocery delivery) On top of that, security is atrocious. I've had one friend get his radio stolen out of his car, in the "locked and secure" garage. It might be locked and secure if the gates were working, but the truth is that they aren't always working, and the same can be said for nearly everything else here. When things are broken, you can expect a lengthy delay in getting them fixed. The pool resembled a murky swamp for most of the month of August. On top of that they tow cars here like its their second job. My car was towed without a warning from visitor parking, despite the fact that I have a Trillium sticker. My friend got a package lost by the staff, only to be given a response that its "not their problem." Additionally, the place seems to have been planned by a complete numbskull. If you want to enter the building you have to walk through the garage, and in doing so you have at least a 50% chance of needing to dodge cars to avoid perishing. Lastly, the construction, noise and neighborhood leave a lot to be desired. I'm probably forgetting other things, but you can pretty much assume that every single thing about this place is below par.
