I have lived here for the last two years and will be moving out at the end of this month.
The apartment is very old so the cabinets and closet doors show the wear and tear. Equipment like A/c also has a similar fate. It is central air conditioning , even though you have a thermostat in your house , mine didnt do me much good. So you don't get to control much of the temperature . When it becomes summer , the management decides when to switch on the a/c and sometimes that might be way into April
There are cockroaches and small bugs which are quite commonly seen in the kitchen and bathroom. The pest control does not do a good job of eliminating this problem.
The community mostly has students , so expect noisy neighbors and pool parties.
The management has changed thrice in the time i lived here - the latest one seems to be doing some of the things right . They has enforced parking permits, have cleaned the pool, are very prompt in responding to maintenance requests. The ladies in the office are also more helpful.
The biggest plus is that it is within walking distance of ASU and the rent is cheap , so if you are a student and willing to put up with all of the above , it might work .
