After having read all the prior reviews, I would agree to all the statements. The management is NEVER available. If you have a maintenance emergency, or lets suppose in the worst case - a fire, I wish you luck in trying to get a hold of anyone on site. I have lived here for a year, and the property came under new management in Jan/Feb 2004. My lease ends in a month, and I plan to move out. The lady who answers the phone makes it sound like they are doing us a favour. We are a few yards from Dos Gringos (a bar), so parking is a problem at nights... for residents, would you believe. The management has done NOTHING to alleviate this problem. I almost had an accident pulling out of my OWN parking spot because there were drunkards trying to park in there. APS is our current electricity provider, so you can expect higher higher utility bills compared to SRP. Bathrooms are poorly built. I think this management needs to come under a formal and legal review. If rent checks are due on the first of the month, then a resident can expect problems to be resolved immediately and polite communication is EXPECTED.
