Resident 2005 - 2006

3/21/2009

I lived in the 2Bed/2Bath model that was furnished (I don't know if they still do this). It was a decent apartment with a good layout and lots of space (especially in the master bedroom which has a built in book case). It's location is perfect thanks to it being the closest apartment complex to ASU on it's North Side (Quadrangles is next door). Fry's Groceries is just 1.5 miles south on Rural. Some minor shopping across the street, Gas Stations and Liquor Stores are nearby on Rural. Pros: Location Decent Sq Footage (880sq ft) Beautiful Grounds Safe Parking (normally) Cons: Vertical Blinds (like mentioned in the other review) Small Dishwasher and a lack of counter space. Parking (ASU Games and some Bar nights) "Boomer" the landlord was quite annoying and would rip people for parties, despite that nearly all of his residents were college students. (Though I have heard he has been replaced) I would definitely recommend this place if you are not planning to host parties yourself.
