Elevator 1 of 3 in tower 2 has been broken for at least 2 weeks now. Business center printer took over 6 months to replace after repairs never worked; and the new one is not properly connected to the computers so it still is not working. Broken gym equipment is not repaired or replaced; it sits broken even with tours of perspective renters in the gym daily. Flyers and communications are posted to my door on a regular basis, and I have asked for no notes of any kind to be left on my door as I am not home for weeks at a time sometimes and these notes being left there pose a very big security risk for my safety and the security of my unit. The exit signs on my floor were damaged over a week ago and one is hanging from the ceiling broken still and the other was destroyed and was laying on the ground for two weeks now. They still have not been repaired. Unfortunately, it seems the lack of security with this new security company has allowed chaos and damage to happen at the property, especially on weekends. The property in general has not been well maintained and kept up, with the exception of the new pool furniture and plants. I have lived here 4 years, and I have to move out because I can not pay top dollar for a sub par property. I could go on and on about other problems I have had over the years. I asked for my rent to be frozen, and I was denied and increased each and every year since moving it. I was hoping to live in a lively, modern, clean, well maintained apartment with working amenities like business center, pool, gym, fire pit, grill, game room, etc. I do not think I have gotten what I have paid for. Not at all.
