For one, the girl in the office lied to me saying I'd get new carpet in my apartment because the past tennet has been there so long but now its just being cleaned and she was very rude when I brought up that issue. She laughed in my face and literally said "you get what you pay for" which isn't even valid because there are nicer apartments for way cheaper. I was promised new carpet, that's why I wanted the apartment. Now it's just being cleaned which is --------. I was told I could see my apartment before I move in, now I'm being told I can see it when I move in which is complete crap. I'm honestly going to try and get my money back and maybe look for somewhere else because I'm not happy with these ones so far and I haven't even moved in yet! Their customer service sucks and lying to sell ---- apartments isn't the way to go about giving people places to live. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to a homeless person because the sidewalk is better kept than these apartments. I am appalled by the way I was treated. I've had better customer service from a mcdonalds.
