I don't even live here but would defiantly think twice about living at this establishment ..... I went to drop off my sisters rent check while she was at work (as a nurse) and had a HORRIBLE experience trying to give them THIER money! Just for me to get a receipt i was told i needed to wait in line for the front desk girl, Genesis, to write three new leases. As I proceeded to call my sister to ask her what she wanted me to do, because i did not have time to wait for over an hour or more to get a receipt, she started to argue with me, and in front of her customer! I know from being in the customer service industry for over 20 years you handle your business with the current client and then multi-task (i.e. make a copy and give a receipt, takes less than three minuets) while you are getting the next clients set up. Apparently this place in under new management..... new management = HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
