Watch out for their accounting! Our February 14, 2013 "30 days notice of resident's intent to vacate" CLEARLY shows that we are owed $ Money. After the owed charges were deducted we were AND STILL ARE OWED $60.92.In spite of our numerous letters to Cimarron Place Apartments AND to Wasatch Property Management and HARASSMENT by R2 Revenue Recovery we are still owed $60.92. We now have a letter of apology from R2 Revenue Recovery BUT we STILL do not have the $60.92 that is owed to us.
So although we enjoyed our stay at Cimarron Place we did NOT enjoy being ripped off.
