I've lived in Don Martin apartments for about a year and a half now. I was really attracted to the location (close to 4th avenue, downtown and UA campus) and to the historic quality of the building. I love the style of the building and apartments. Its a nice, calm environment. For the most part I rarely even notice that I have neighbours; I think everyone's fairly respectful of each other. The off-street parking is really nice especially since the street can fill up at some times (4th ave street fair, for example). The management is approachable and friendly. Any maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and general maintenance of the building and surrounding property is well taken care of. Overall great place to live. Only con is it could be a little pricey for student/lower-income (newly graduated student). I would/have recommend this to friends.
