I toured the community a week ago and this is a prime spot!! Located SO close to 4th Avenue and the complex is maintained very well for having been built in the 1920's! Unfortunately I have to stay in Phoenix a while longer but when I get back into the Tucson Area, this is where I will end up!! The woman who took me on the tour was very informative, friendly and made me love the complex even more!!
