The staff is generally unhelpful. When we bring them problems, they usually blame someone else on the staff, tell us it is not their fault, or offer to fix the problem which ends up in the problem not getting fixed. They are unorganized and unprofessional, and make promises which they don't keep. <br>We have rented two units here, neither of which were ready for move in. The first wasn't cleaned when we moved in, and we had problems with washer, dryer, and dishwasher. We were promised a new washer dryer by the leasing agent Melissa, only to be told later by the apartment manager Sophia that Melissa didn't have the authority to promise us this. We had multiple maintenance trips, none of which fixed the dryer. Also, the kitchen cabinets were in poor condition and the new carpet is very cheap and wears quickly.<br>The second apartment has been even worse. They weren't finished with repairs and cleaning when it came time to move in, left us the wrong key (it was after hours when it was finally ready), and the staff was mostly unresponsive when it came to most of our problems here. Although they fixed a few minor problems, we are still waiting for our outlets to be changed (they won't hold plugs they are so old), and window screens. It has been three months since we requested these, and every time we make a request, they say their staff is busy and they will get to it soon. <br>To summarize, I will move out when my lease is ended, and will direct any friends away from living here. I will not rent from a Paul Ash Management company again. Even if this is the worst Paul Ash has to offer, I will not rent from a person that allows this kind of management in their company.
