SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.

Dear Resident, I am sorry to hear about your experience at our community. I would like to assure you that our maintenance services remain the same. If you have any maintenance requests please contact us. Our maintenance team does their best to complete all requests within 24 hours. We have provided a nice bench for our residents in the laundry room for a comfortable waiting area so that residents do not have to leave their clothes unattended when they are doing laundry. I apologize about your circumstances, but our lease agreement is very clear regarding the terms and your financial obligations. This is what you agreed to when you signed the lease. Again, I am sorry that you had a negative experience while living at our community. This is not the experience we would like our residents to have at La Hacienda. You can also enjoy our stunning resort-style pool and spa, recreational cabana area, and picnic tables all nestled in an abundance of trees and greenery!
