My husband & I have been living here since Nov. 2013. At that time there was a change in staff and ownership. Yes, there was some confusion with paper work, etc. However, since the day we moved in we have loved calling this community home and hope to for many years to come. The office staff is knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. Yes, water has been turned off 3 times since we moved in. No notices were posted because these were unexpected issues. However, the issues were resolved in a timely manner. To call each and every resident in this situation is impossible. With all the new construction going on we have always been given sufficient notice when work was being done on our bldg. This review is not "staged". I just retired from this business and know first hand how demanding and stressful it can be to keep a community up and running with happy residents!! Stuff happens, it is called life. How about you folks with dogs and cats pick up after what they leave behind! How about not using common areas such as the tennis and ball courts for dog runs and letting them go to the bathroom there! It is up to residents to use common sense and and being courteous to their neighbors. This is all our "home". Apartment living is not suited for every one. Rent or buy a house then if you can't follow policies. How about not grilling on your balcony or patio! Such a fire hazard in an apt. setting. Common sense!!!!! Read your lease. We all put our hard earned money into rent every month so let it show by how we take care of things as residents.
